Karina Neal is an accomplished executive coach with a focus on working with executives in transition at Novus Global since February 2020. With a strong foundation in education, Karina has been the Director of Training & Development at Fusion Education Group since December 2008, where responsibilities included transforming the original Fusion Academy & Learning Center model into a national brand with over 70 locations. Prior to this, Karina co-owned Fusion Academy & Learning Center from November 2002 to December 2008, leveraging early experiences in tutoring and mentoring. Karina holds a Bachelor's degree in Combined Sciences from Santa Clara University and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Meta Performance™ Institute for Coaching, along with additional professional certifications from UC San Diego.
