Germán Rivas

Germán Rivas is an experienced professional in user experience and design, currently serving as the Director and Head of User Experience at Nowports since June 2021. Previously, Germán held leadership roles in design at GenuineBee, PedidosYa, and NetEffect Solutions Inc., where responsibilities included directing product design and managing user experience teams. Germán's extensive background at PwC includes various positions progressing from Brand & User Experience Designer to User Experience Manager over a decade. Early career contributions were made at Visión, Before, and Man Ray Media. Germán holds a degree in Graphic/Web Design from Universidad ORT Uruguay and has enhanced language skills with a First Certificate in English from Anglo. Additional educational pursuits include attendance at BIOS and schooling at Colegio Juan Zorrilla de San Martín, where a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) was obtained.
