Giorgia Tomietto is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as People VP and previously as People & Culture Global Director at Nowports since September 2021. Prior experience includes a role as People Operations & Experience Senior Manager at Kavak.com, where Giorgia defined strategies for Employee Relationships and led a team during a period of significant business growth. As People Regional Manager at IguanaFix, Giorgia was part of the leadership team across multiple countries, ensuring effective HR processes and business decisions. With earlier roles at Wall Chase as a Senior Consultant and as the Founder of IndieFox, Giorgia has a diverse background in talent acquisition, organizational development, and strategic advice. Giorgia holds a Public Relations Degree from UADE and completed a competency-based interviewing course in talent acquisition.
