Elizabeth Graham

Elizabeth Graham is the current Head of People Operations at Noyo. Prior to their current position, Elizabeth served as the Senior Director of People Operations at Printforia, Inc from July 2020 to December 2020. In this role, Elizabeth was responsible for creating practices and experiences to ensure a safe and equitable environment for all employees during a time when the company's workforce increased 340% over 6 months.

Elizabeth has also served as the Director of Human Resources at Burgerville, LLC from January 2017 to July 2020 and as the Regional Human Resources Manager at BlueScope from July 2015 to January 2017. In these roles, Elizabeth was responsible for overseeing all human resources functions for their respective companies.

Elizabeth began their career in human resources as a Human Resources Generalist at Scivantage in June 2014, where they were responsible for all generalist functions including but not limited to employee relations, benefits administration, and recruiting.

Elizabeth has a wealth of experience in human resources and has demonstrated their ability to effectively manage all aspects of the human resources function. Elizabeth is a highly skilled communicator with a proven track record of building strong relationships with employees at all levels. Elizabeth is a strategic thinker with a passion for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Elizabeth Graham has a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Baruch College. Elizabeth is certified by the HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and by SHRM as a SHRM-SCP (SHRM-Senior Certified Professional). Elizabeth also has a certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Elizabeth Graham reports to Dennis Lee, COO & Co-Founder. Elizabeth Graham works with Tim Cerimele - Director, Business Development, Micaya Clymer - Director, Product Development, and Andrew Zakem - VP, Sales.
