Kimberly Carpenter

Kimberly Carpenter serves as Vice President of Business Marketing & Customer Experience at NRG Energy, a role held since February 2013, where Kimberly leads the customer experience for the Business team, focusing on uniting operational functions with strategic marketing to enhance the customer lifecycle.
