Lauren Hancey

Lauren Hancey is a seasoned professional in facilities management and business strategy, currently serving as the Director of Facilities Management at NRG Energy since July 2023. Previously, Lauren held multiple roles at Vivint from November 2019 to July 2023, including Senior Manager Facilities and Category Manager, where foundational skills in facilities operations were developed. At Maverik, Inc., from August 2013 to November 2019, Lauren excelled as a Category Manager for Dispensed Beverages, driving year-over-year gross profit growth and implementing business strategies that significantly enhanced sales. Notable achievements include leading the creation of a first-ever Diversity and Inclusion program at Maverik, overseeing the transformation of the Adventure Club loyalty program, and developing customer engagement initiatives that increased membership significantly.
