Shannon Boehm

Shannon Boehm, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Benefits at NRG Energy, a position held since March 2017, following various roles within the company including Sr. Manager of H&W Benefits and Senior Benefits Analyst. Prior to NRG Energy, Shannon worked at NRG Home Solar as an HR Business Partner and at The Conti Group as an HR Generalist. Key responsibilities include managing all company benefit programs, ensuring compliance with legislation, overseeing 401k plan administration, counseling employees on FMLA and disability rights, and collaborating with various departments on compensation and employee engagement initiatives. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business with a minor in Spanish from Ramapo College of New Jersey, earned between 2004 and 2007.
