David Coffey

David Coffey is the current Chief Product Officer at NS1. Prior to this, they held various positions at Cyber Ireland, Forcepoint, Intel Corporation, and McAfee.

Coffey began their career in 2006 as the Director of Cloud Engineering for McAfee Labs. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the engineering and operations of the company's cloud platform. David also served as the Senior Manager of Avert Engineering & App Security.

In 2013, Coffey left McAfee to join Intel Corporation as the Head of Cloud Platform Engineering and Operations for the Intel Security Group. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of engineers and operations professionals who were responsible for developing and maintaining the company's cloud platform.

In 2017, Coffey left Intel to join Forcepoint as the SVP of Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for transforming the company's approach to cybersecurity product development and operational efficiency through a cloud transformation. David also led the integration of 2 mergers to a shared vision and focused leadership.

In 2020, Coffey left Forcepoint to join NS1 as the Chief Product Officer.

David Coffey attended Carnegie Mellon University and majored in chemical engineering.

David Coffey reports to Kris Beevers, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Alex Vayl - Co-Founder & Chief of Staff, Bill Lapcevic - SVP, Business Development, and Kim Kaminski - CMO. A direct report to David Coffey is and Reggie Best - VP, Product.
