Benny Maidenberg is an experienced tax and legal professional with a strong background in global tax strategy and risk management. Currently serving as VP of Global Tax & ERM at NSO Group since December 2019, Benny leads the tax group and oversees strategy and planning within the organization. Previously, Benny held the position of Director of Tax at SolarEdge Technologies and Orbotech Ltd., managing transfer pricing, tax audits, and compliance while supporting M&A activities. Benny's extensive experience also includes working as Corporate Tax Counsel at Amdocs Management Limited, where strategic tax planning and optimization were key responsibilities, as well as roles in various law firms dealing with corporate law and taxation. Benny holds an LL.M., MBA, and LL.B. from Bar-Ilan University.
