Bernardo Heynemann

Bernardo Heynemann is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at NSX Sportsbetting Ecosystem since March 2024, Bernardo has held significant roles at leading organizations such as Coinbase, where responsibilities included Senior Staff Software Engineer and Staff Software Engineer from January 2022 to March 2024. At VTEX, as Director Of Engineering, Bernardo established a new Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) organization that notably improved system documentation and incident response protocols. Additional experience includes senior engineering roles at Facebook, Globo.com, and TFG Co, focusing on team management, system architecture, and user acquisition improvements. Bernardo's career began as a Developer at Thoughtworks UK and includes founding a consulting company, Core Technologies Ltda.
