Mr. Casas joined NTACT Operations in 2013 and brings over 15 years of experience in the Construction Industry, specializing in the refining, oil & gas, nuclear, and mining sectors.Before joining NTACT, Mr. Casas served as Corporate HSE Manager for Saulsbury Industries and was responsible for managing field HSE representatives assigned to various projects. His duties also included providing HSE support for all projects that included implementation, communication, and coordination of all environmental, health, and safety programs for the company.
Mr. Casas is also involved in various volunteer roles for several non-profit organizations and currently serves as a board member on the Executive Board of Directors for West Texas Safety Training Center and Meals on Wheels of Odessa.
Mr. Casas holds an M.S. in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University. In addition, he earned the designation of Graduate Safety Professional (GSP) by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals for degree programs that meet BCSP's Qualified Academic Program (QAP) standards. He also holds the designation of a double CSHO (Certified Safety & Health Officer) in the General and Construction Industry from Texas A&M University.
