Roger Carroll

VP of Special Programs at Ntrepid

Tasked with leading skilled, creative, and enthusiastic teams of analysts, engineers, and program managers in support of interesting customers and challenging requirements—Roger believes he may have the best job ever. Professional Services fields and manages custom solutions, provides unique consulting and analytic services, and performs related R&D.

With Ntrepid since it’s founding in 2010 and its predecessor Abraxas since 2006, Roger has held positions of increasing responsibility across the firm. Most recently, Roger led a team that managed large program deployments, conducted innovative R&D, and developed successful professional service offerings. At Abraxas, Roger managed projects for government customers and headed up Abraxas’ internal research and analytics shop in support of corporate interests. Prior to Abraxas, Roger was an analyst with Business Intelligence Advisors where he supported investment intelligence projects on behalf of large institutional investors. Previously, Roger worked for a D.C.-based public relations firm, and worked in media and communications roles at the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Senate. Roger graduated from Bryan College in 2001 with a B.A. in communications.

An incurable hillbilly, Roger is an avid shooter and appreciates custom 1911s as well as modern platforms. At home, he is hopelessly outnumbered with three lovely daughters and an amazing wife; he rarely finishes a sentence.
