Courtney Stokes

Courtney Stokes is an experienced professional in the food science industry currently serving as a Senior Food Technologist at Nu Products Seasoning Company since April 2024. Previously, Courtney held various roles at Fuchs North America from October 2017 to April 2024, including Food Scientist, Associate Food Scientist, and Food Technologist. Courtney's extensive background also includes a tenure at Ingredion Incorporated from January 2006 to October 2017 as Principal Technician in Savory Applications, focusing on the creation and formulation of key products such as soups and sauces, as well as an earlier role at National Starch & Chemical Company as Senior Technician for Personal Care Technical Service. Courtney earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Kansas State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Maryland from August 2024 to 2026.
