Nubik's leadership team has a long history of experience in the customer solutions, project management, software design, and engineering industries. They have also been leaders in regional sales and business development for ERP and EDI technologies. In addition, they have also been involved in programming and analyzing at Spectra Premium Industries as well as being co-owners of ArcadeMTL. Most recently, they have taken on the roles of director at Nubik and technical leader/software developer at Société Radio Numérique. The team's education histories include degrees from McGill University, Polytechnique Montréal, Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, École de technologie supérieure, and Cegep de Chicoutimi.
