Christopher Etienne

SVP, Global Support Services at Numerix

As Senior Vice President, Global Support Services, Mr. Etienne manages the Customer Support, Internal Applications Support, and Training departments. Mr. Etienne is responsible for product licensing support, level two quantitative support, level two applications support engineering, internal support of Numerix’s CRM applications, and the creation of training content. Mr. Etienne started his Numerix career in 2007 as a senior support analyst. He helped build a world-class global customer support and licensing team, enabling Numerix achieve a sustained 95% customer satisfaction rating. Prior to joining Numerix, Mr. Etienne was a senior certified Microsoft Systems Engineer and Database Administrator at Healthfirst in New York City. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School, with a concentration in Data Analytics and Decision Making. He also holds a BSc in Computer Science from the City College of the City University of New York, and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the College of Arts Science and Technology in Jamaica.
