Fadi al-Buhairan

Fadi Al-Buhairan, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Special Integrated Logistics Zone (SILZ) and holds the position of Independent Board Director at both سابتكو | SAPTCO and National Unified Procurement Company "NUPCO". Fadi also chairs the Board of Infinite pl and is the Vice Chairman of the Board at NAQEL Express, where additional roles include Acting Chief Executive Officer and member of the Executive Committee. Fadi's previous roles include Deputy Chief Executive Officer at SPL and General Manager at EY. Fadi holds a PhD in Information Systems & Technology from Claremont Graduate University and has completed advanced leadership programs at Esade and Harvard Business School. Fadi is a founding member of the Saudi Management Consultants Association and is actively engaged in various organizations, focusing on strategy, investment, and risk management.
