Brad Farrar

Brad Farrar is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law, particularly within the technology and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Nuro since January 2022, Brad oversees the company’s commercial contract ecosystem while leading negotiations and drafting across various agreements, including technology licensing and strategic partnerships. Prior work includes serving as Senior Counsel at Rivian, managing critical transactions during the company’s EV scale-up, and as Legal Counsel at Monster Energy, where Brad supported global marketing and logistics initiatives. Brad's earlier roles involved providing general counsel support to diverse clients and representing multinational enterprises in cross-border M&A and energy sector transactions. Educational accomplishments include a J.D. from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a B.A. in Chinese from San José State University.
