Cosimo Leipold

Cosimo Leipold is a founding team member and Head of Partnerships at Nuro. In this role, he has led a number of cross functional activities over the last seven years across strategy, new business development and partner management.

During this time, he led the BD team to successfully secure first of their kind multi-year AV partnerships with many of the world’s largest retailers and brands including FedEx, Walmart, Kroger, Domino’s, 7-Eleven, UberEATS, Chipotle and others. In 2021, Cosimo was named by Business Insider as one of the 100 people transforming business.

Before joining Nuro, Cosimo spent six years at Capital One in Partnerships Client Development, as well as a variety of leadership positions across the airline, financial services and consulting industries.

Cosimo earned an MBA, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.
