Libbie Thacker has been working in the field of human resources for over 14 years. Libbie started their career as a consultant with Deloitte, where they worked with clients on strategic projects related to people and culture. After three years, they transitioned to Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they worked as an intern in the post-merger HR department.

Libbie then spent four years at Medallia, a global customer experience management company, where they rose to the role of Senior Director of People & Culture. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's global HR initiatives and overseeing the functions of recruitment, benefits, and employee relations.

Most recently, Libbie was Vice President & Executive Officer of eCommerce & Associate Experience at Sam's Club, a division of Walmart. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the customer experience, from online shopping to in-store interactions. Libbie was also responsible for leading the company's efforts to attract and retain top talent.

Currently, Libbie is the Head of People at Nuro, a robotics company that is revolutionizing how goods are delivered. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, benefits, and employee relations.

Libbie Thacker has a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in public and private sector organizations (PPSO) from Brown University. Libbie also has a certification from the Co-Active Training Institute in Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
