Katy Little

Katy Little is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in consumer and mortgage lending. Currently serving as the Director of Consumer and Mortgage Lending at Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union since September 2023, Katy previously held multiple roles at Meritrust Credit Union from June 2006 to June 2023, including Consumer Lending Underwriter and Processor Manager, where the team focused on evaluating risk and building performing loans to enhance community welfare. Katy also worked as Retail Liaison & Direct Consumer Underwriter Manager and Retail Liaison during the tenure at Meritrust. Katy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from Tabor College, earned between 2012 and 2016.
