Dustin Ricker

Dustin Ricker is an experienced professional in talent attraction and recruitment, currently serving as an Advisor at Nutrien since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ricker spent over two decades at Discount Tire, starting as a Store Manager and progressing to a Corporate Recruiter, where key achievements included designing and executing company-wide recruiting and employee development programs as well as coordinating the Discount Tire Recruiting & Learning Academy. Ricker also held the position of Regional Recruiter for Nevada, implementing nationwide recruitment and training initiatives, and previously contributed to the development of a Tire Pressure Monitoring System reset tool that significantly increased store sales. Ricker earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Colorado State University Global and has a background in graphic design from Colorado Mountain College.
