Pranay Girdhar

Pranay Girdhar, CFA, currently serves as the Advisor to the CEO and Manager of Valuation & Financial Structuring in Corporate Development at Nutrien since August 2018. In this role, Pranay has led the establishment of analytical standards across the organization and initiated cross-functional collaborations to assess new investment opportunities. Prior experience includes positions at Deloitte Canada as an Associate in Corporate Development and Senior Analyst in Transfer Pricing, where Pranay developed transfer pricing policies and proposed financing structures. Pranay also interned at Zurich Insurance Company, Agrium, and KPMG, gaining experience in data analysis, risk management, and compliance research. Pranay holds an Honours degree in Mathematics, Financial Analysis and Risk Management from the University of Waterloo and is pursuing a certificate in Leading Change & Organizational Renewal from Harvard Business School Online.
