Dana Zucchini

Dana Zucchini has extensive experience in business development and patient experience within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Patient, Family & Physician Experience Specialist at Nuvance Health since July 2013, Dana has also held a Business Development Specialist role in the Radiology Service Line. Prior to this, Dana worked as a Network Business Development Specialist at Western Connecticut Health Network, successfully managing relationships with 200 physicians to drive profit growth and advising on strategies to enhance patient volume. Earlier roles include a Business Development Specialist at Danbury Hospital, where Dana improved referral relationships for the Diagnostic Imaging Division, and as the Executive Health Coordinator, facilitating healthcare experiences for senior executives. Dana began the career as the Director of Community Relations at Physicians Health and Injury Center, managing marketing and community relations efforts. Dana earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus in Human Relations from Western Connecticut State University.
