Christy Holden

Christy Holden is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources, compensation strategy, and organizational integration across multiple industries. Currently, Christy serves as Senior Managing Director at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since April 2016, previously holding roles such as Managing Director and SMD of Human Resources. Prior to Nuveen, Christy worked at TIAA-CREF in various leadership positions related to corporate and business compensation from October 2012 to April 2016. Christy's early career includes significant roles at Bank of America, where responsibilities included managing talent planning, overseeing HR functions during major mergers, and leading workplace optimization strategies, alongside experience as a consultant at Arthur Andersen. Christy holds a BSBA in Marketing and Management from Appalachian State University.
