Paul Leonard

Paul Leonard serves as the Director of Research for the Americas Office Sector at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since March 2022. Prior to this role, Paul accumulated extensive experience at CoStar Advisory Services, where positions ranged from Real Estate Economist I to Principal Consultant over an eleven-year tenure. Earlier career roles included Research Manager and Research Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle, as well as a Research Assistant and Intern at the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies/Affairs from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Professional Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
