Peter Fauler

Peter Fauler, CFA, is a highly experienced finance professional currently serving as a Managing Director and Associate Portfolio Manager in High Yield at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since August 2019. With a strong background in fixed income research, Peter has held various senior positions at TIAA from March 2004 to August 2019, focusing on leveraged finance, structured finance, and debt private placements. Peter has demonstrated expertise in researching, rating, and recommending investments in high yield bonds and loans across multiple sectors, alongside developing market commentary to identify investment opportunities. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Master of Science in Mathematical Finance from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
