Tony Appiah

Tony Appiah, CFA, currently serves as Managing Director at Nuveen, a TIAA company, since November 2022. Previously, Tony held significant roles at UBS Asset Management, including Head of UK Fixed Income Specialists and Executive Director of Fixed Income Investment Specialist from July 2020 to November 2022. Additionally, Tony worked as Director of Investment Management Research at UBS from September 2015 to March 2020 and was part of the Investment Research Group at Brown Brothers Harriman from May 2011 to August 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Research Analyst at Clearbrook Investment Consulting from August 2006 to April 2011. Tony holds a BA in Mathematical Economics and Applied Mathematics from Colgate University, completed in 2006.
