Shubhayu Chakraborty

Shubhayu Chakraborty is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in management positions within various companies. Currently serving as VP/GM at nVent since July 2021, Shubhayu previously held the role of President at CIS Global (now part of nVent) from July 2021 to July 2024 and Chief Operating Officer at CIS Global from November 2017 to June 2021. Prior to that, Shubhayu was with Meggitt PLC from April 2011 to October 2017, where responsibilities included leading the Performance Sensing business unit and overseeing the OECO and Securaplane divisions. Earlier career highlights include roles at Danaher and Eaton Corporation, culminating in a strong background in operations management and strategy. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Michigan and electrical engineering degrees from the University of Michigan and Kettering University, along with executive education from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
