Tobias Helbig

Tobias Helbig is an accomplished professional in the automotive and consumer technology sectors, currently serving as NXP CTO Innovation Management and Senior Director of Innovation Management & Programs at NXP Semiconductors since March 2006. With a diverse background, Tobias has held several key positions, including Senior Director of BE Innovation & Tech Transfers and General Manager of Audio Amplifiers, as well as Senior Director of Development for Car Entertainment in Hamburg, Germany. Prior to NXP Semiconductors, Tobias spent a decade at Philips Research, where roles included Senior Director of Wireless Communications and Department Head & Program Manager of Communication Technology. Tobias holds a Doctorate degree in Informatik from the University of Stuttgart, earned between 1993 and 1996.
