Pierre Dillard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Pierre is currently employed at Nykode Therapeutics as a Principal Scientist and Project Leader since March 2021. Prior to this, Pierre worked at Oslo University Hospital from February 2019 to December 2020, where they held the position of Project Leader. Before joining Oslo University Hospital, Pierre worked as a Post-doctoral Researcher at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique from January 2015 to October 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Biotechnology at both Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the University of Strasbourg between 2010 and 2011. Subsequently, they enrolled at Aix-Marseille University, where they completed their PhD in Biophysics & Immunology from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Pierre also obtained a certification in FELASA C from the NMBU School of Veterinary Science in July 2017.
