Charlton Mcilwain

Charlton Mcilwain is the Vice Provost for Faculty Engagement and Development at New York University. Charlton was previously employed at New York University.

Dr. Charlton Mcilwain is a communication scholar who earned their Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to their doctorate, they completed a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Family Psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University.

Their manager is Georgina Dopico, Interim Provost. They are on a team with Alexander Jones - Director, Institute for the Study of the Ancient World, Julia Kempe - Director of the Center for Data Science, and Kristen Day - Vice Provost.
