Tiffany-Ann Taylor

Tiffany-Ann Taylor serves as the Vice President for Transportation at the Regional Plan Association, where leadership encompasses planning, research, and advocacy across the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut metropolitan area. Additionally, Tiffany-Ann contributes as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University, teaching a course on Urban Transportation Planning, and previously held the role of Visiting Associate Professor at Pratt Institute focusing on Transit Equity. Tiffany-Ann's extensive experience also includes positions at the New York City Department of Transportation as Deputy Director, managing freight programs, and as Assistant Vice President at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, leading significant transportation projects. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in City & Regional Planning from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Sociology from William & Mary.
