Liam Kearns

Liam Kearns is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Environment & Property at NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi since August 2020. Prior to this role, Kearns worked as a Solicitor at BDB Pitmans and as a Lawyer at HB PUBLIC LAW.
