Rob Campbell

Rob Campbell serves as the Project Director for the Integrated Delivery Model at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency since December 2017, leading the development of a new Maintenance and Operations operating model aimed at optimizing network performance in a constrained environment. Prior roles include Regional Maintenance and Operations Manager for Waikato and Bay of Plenty, where leadership was provided for the regional maintenance portfolio, and Manager Systems Management in Bay of Plenty, focusing on state highway network management and investment planning. Previous experience includes serving as Principal Network Manager at The New Zealand Transport Agency, Infrastructure Programme Manager at Palmerston North City Council, and Site Manager at J F Finnegan Ltd. Rob holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Oxford Brookes University.
