Emma Searle

Emma Searle is an experienced Product Manager currently at Oak National Academy, serving as AI Product Manager since March 2024 after a role as Curriculum Product Manager during maternity cover. Prior to this, Emma was the Strategy & Community Project Manager at Minds Studio, focusing on innovative learning experiences. As the founder of emmercery, an e-commerce platform for designer fabrics and haberdashery, Emma catered to a younger demographic of crafters. Emma's career includes significant roles at Goldman Sachs as Executive Director in Technology and earlier as a Mathematics Teacher with Teach First. Emma holds dual MBAs from London Business School and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, alongside a PGCE from Sheffield Hallam University and a BSc in Mathematics with Statistics from the University of Southampton.
