Sarah Cragg

Sarah Cragg is an experienced client engagement and business support professional with a diverse background in sales operations and retail management. Currently serving as a Client Engagement Manager at Oakland | B Corp since March 2020, Sarah previously held multiple roles at Berkmann Wine Cellars, including Sales Operations Executive and WSET Educator. Earlier career experiences include Retail Operations Coordinator positions at Monsoon Accessorize and Phase Eight, as well as participation in a Graduate Management Training Programme at John Lewis & Partners. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Human Biology from the University of Northampton, completed in 2000.
