Joshua M.

Joshua M. currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Secretary to the Board of Trustees at Oakland University since August 2020, overseeing various departments including University Human Resources and University Technology Services. Previously, Joshua held interim roles as Vice President of Human Resources at Buena Vista University and President at the University of North Florida. Additionally, Joshua has extensive experience in advancement and development roles at Albion College, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Davenport University, and Michigan State University. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Theatre from Albion College, a Master of Science in Agriculture and Extension Education from Michigan State University, and a PhD in Educational Leadership, Research, and Technology from Western Michigan University, complemented by participation in the Harvard Seminar for New Presidents focused on Higher Education Administration.
