James Cashmore

James Cashmore is the current Chief Risk Officer at OakNorth, a position they have held since 2015. Prior to this, they were an independent contractor from January to April 2015. From April 2010 to November 2014, Cashmore served as the Chief Operating Officer of Risk at Williams & Glyn. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of the risk department and was responsible for the design of a new Target Operating Model for the Risk function.
