Jill Heyman currently serves as the Director of Global Enterprise Digital Capabilities at Mars Snacking, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Jill was a Senior Ecommerce Activation Manager at Royal Canin and held various positions at VMLY&R, where responsibilities included driving digital maturity and customer experience for brands. Jill's expertise in digital transformation was demonstrated at Mars Petcare US, leading to significant increases in ecommerce sales. Earlier experience includes roles at cj Advertising, Oreck Corporation, and Targetbase, where Jill successfully managed teams and contributed to substantial business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
