Natalie R. Coles

Natalie R. Coles, MSM, CFRE, currently serves as the Senior Development Director of Midwest Advancement at the Obama Foundation, where leadership is focused on inspiring donors, staff, and volunteers to support the foundation's mission. With extensive experience in advancement and fundraising, previous roles include Vice President of Advancement & Government Relations at Wilberforce University, where strategic planning and analytics were key responsibilities, and Chief Development Officer at Flying Horse Farms, successfully leading initiatives for mental health respite. Experience also includes significant positions at the United Negro College Fund as Area Development Director and as Ohio Director of Development for Starr Commonwealth. Cole's career began in sales management with Victoria's Secret and marketing at SonyBMG. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs from The Ohio State University and a Master's in Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
