David Aigner

David Aigner currently serves as an avocat-stagiaire at OBERSON ABELS SA since September 2022. Previous experience includes an internship focused on white collar crime at the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland and a student assistant role at the University of Lausanne, assisting Professor H. David Aigner participated as a team member in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and held various positions at OBERSON ABELS SA, including research assistant and summer intern in the Banking & Finance division. Additionally, David Aigner completed a four-week internship in FIFA's Legal Department, working in the litigation and disciplinary teams. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Zurich, an École d'avocature degree from the University of Geneva, a Certificate of Advanced Studies in International Business Disputes from the University of Lausanne, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law with magna cum laude honors from the University of Lausanne.
