Alberto Acuna is Operations Manager at OTSI and operates out of our Costa Rica Office . In his role as Operations Manager Alberto has to evaluate, design, execute and measure the day to day operations of Costa Rica branch to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with the organization’s strategic goals. Alberto has 9+ years of experience in IT Project Management. Prior to his role at OTSI ,he was working with MNCs like HPE, IBM and LionBridge. Alberto has a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Engineer and is a ITIL V3 certified professional.
