Narasimha Gondi is the Founder & Chairman of OTSI and is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and management of the company. He has been the driving force behind OTSI, steering it to the forefront of technology innovation. A true visionary Gondi started OTSI in 1999 to fill the huge talent gap in the market and to provide quality solutions while managing cost efficiencies. He spearheaded the novel concept of ‘Smart Sourcing’ to meet the growing needs of customers that offered them quality with cost saving. In his leadership, OTSI has emerged as one of the local leading providers of global consulting, information technology and outsourcing developments. As a result of this strong growth, Gondi has been felicitated with multiple awards such as, “Entrepreneur of the Year”, “Best of Businesses”, etc. His work has been recognized by different publications including Technical Forums & Societies and he has regularly featured in different business and technical magazines. Prior to founding OTSI, Gondi worked as a senior technical consultant for clients in the field of technology consulting, corporations and telecommunications. He was responsible for software design, and development. He was also privileged to be involved in the implementation of a world class product.
