Rich Wang

Rich Wang is currently the VP of Customer Success at Observe.AI. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Success at STRIVR, where they led the CSM, Sports, Support & Implementation teams. Rich has also held the position of Head of Customer Success - West Region at Box.

Rich has a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams that deliver world-class customer experiences. Rich has helped launch 22,000 VR headsets to a marquee customer & developed VR Analytics & Reporting. Rich is also a speaker at Oculus Connect 6.

Rich Wang has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. They also have a BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition, they are certified in Agile Methodology as an Agile Certified Scrum Product Owner, IPS Learning as a Stanford Certified Program Manager, and Red Cross in Personal First Aid/CPR. Finally, they are certified by the American Council of Exercise as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
