Monique Hankerson

Monique Hankerson, M.S., is an experienced professional in housing services and community support. As the Associate Director of Housing Services at Occidental College since October 2016, Monique oversees daily operations, manages budgets, supervises a team of over 50 members, and develops policies to ensure the safety and well-being of more than 1,700 residents. Prior to this role, Monique served as a Service Coordinator at Accurate Care Services, providing support for individuals with physical disabilities, and as a Community Outreach Coordinator for the Maternal and Child Health Consortium of Chester County, Inc. Additional experience includes leadership positions in housing at The University of the Arts and The Art Institutes. Monique holds a Master of Science in Community Leadership from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts in Women and Gender Studies from The College of New Jersey.
