Mounika Arabandi

Mounika Arabandi is an accomplished Sr Staff Process Engineer at Oxy since August 2025, with extensive experience in chemical engineering. Prior to Oxy, Mounika served as Lead Scientist at SABIC from May 2022 to May 2025, and as a Process Engineer at Phillips 66 from March 2017 to May 2022. Mounika’s career also includes roles as a Technical Professional - Process and Process Engineer at KBR, Inc. in 2016-2017 and 2010-2012 respectively, focusing on various refinery process units and engineering design activities. Earlier experience includes a role as a Process Design Engineer at UOP - A Honeywell Company, where Mounika developed engineering design packages and process simulations for Naphtha Technologies. Mounika holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and a Bachelor's degree from Osmania University.
