Tracey Schiro

Tracey Schiro serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief People and Culture Officer at Ochsner Health, where they have developed a strategic leadership role since joining in 2007. Previously, Tracey held various HR leadership positions at Coca-Cola Enterprises for a decade. With a Bachelor's degree in Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans, Tracey is committed to advancing HR technology and workforce development initiatives. They actively participate in professional development through forums and serve on multiple community boards.
