Graduated with honors in Law from the University of Genoa, with a master’s degree from the London School of Economics LLM and a PhD in Finance, Paola has over 30 years of experience in international contracts, Corporate Governance, M&A, International Tax and Stock Exchange Listing within global and multicultural contexts. She began her career as a lawyer at the Uckmar Law Firm in Genoa and Milan, and then served as VP in Bulgari, Grimaldi Group, Luxottica Group, STMicroelectronics and Coca Cola European Partners. She has been a member of several Board of Directors including for Tiscali (ICT), Banca Popolare di Milano, STMicroelectronics and Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena.

Paola De Martini

Gianfranco Giannella is the current Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at [Octo Telematics](/org/octo-telematics). Prior to this, they held various executive positions at companies such as IBM Global Business Services, IBM Global Services, RENAISSANCE VENTURES - PRIVATE INVESTMENT VEHICLE, and DMR-Consiel. Gianfranco has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on strategy, bookings, revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction. Gianfranco is also a venturer and business angel.

Gianfranco Giannella began their educational career by studying business administration at Università degli Studi di Bari. Gianfranco continued their education by completing a corporate executive training program in general management, strategy, deal making, and finance at [INSEAD](/org/insead).

Fabrizio Tomassetti joined [Octo](/org/octo-consulting-group) as Vice President Global Sourcing after a long career in Strategic Sourcing.
He holds a business degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master degree in Business Adminstration.
 
Prior to Join [Octo](/org/octo-consulting-group), he spent 8 years in Hertz International.
At the beginning as EU Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, becoming Director of the European Procurement the following year.
Over the last 3 years in Hertz International Fabrizio served as Senior Director Europe Procurement, Real Estate and Facilities.
 
He started his career in Toyota Motor Logistic dpt and then he covered global senior purchasing roles in General Motors FIAT Worldwide Purchasing, FIAT Auto and Alstom Transport.

Vincent Bonnet is currently the SVP International Sales & Strategic Partnerships at [Octo Telematics](/org/octo-telematics). Prior to this, they served as the Senior Advisor and Business Growth Expert at GDC (Groupe de Contact) from September 2010 to December 2011. Vincent has also been the Managing Director Italy at SCC from January 2000 to May 2010, and the Product Marketing and Procurement Director at [Allium](/org/allium) from January 1992 to December 2000.

Vincent Bonnet has a Master's in Computer Science from SUPINFO.

Vincent Bonnet reports to Nicola Veratelli, Group CEO. They are on a team with Paolo Codazzi - Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer, Paola De Martini - Legal, and Fabrizio Tomassetti - Vice President Global Sourcing.
