Andy McCready

Andy McCready is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Oda since June 2021, Andy oversees a team of up to twelve software engineers, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and performance management to drive engagement and productivity. Previously, Andy led the development of the Edubook online learning platform as Lead Developer at Edumundo and served as Lead Engineer at Swipii, managing product development for mobile and web applications. Andy's early career includes significant roles at Skyscanner as Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer, as well as contributing to health and social care projects at Conscia.
