Kristen Ayres

Kristen Ayres serves as the National Operations Manager for Odgers Berndtson Canada, an esteemed global executive search and leadership advisory firm with a presence in over 30 countries. Since April 2007, Kristen has held various key roles within the organization, including National Marketing and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing branding, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day operations. Kristen also supported the Leadership Advisory Practice on a national and global scale, as well as contributed to the launch and development of new programs. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, experience includes roles as Marketing and Communications Coordinator at The Walt Disney Company Canada and Marketing Coordinator at The Coca-Cola Company.
